In addition, he is the Director of the regional reference center for endometriosis, Endo Ref-Pays de Loire. At a national level, he is President of the International Relations Committee and a member of both the Board and the Bureau of the French National College of Gynecologists and Obstetricians. He previously served as Vice-President of the French Society of Gynecological and Pelvic Surgery from 2011 to 2021. FIGO Vice-President from 2021 till 2023 and a member of the FIGO Strategic Planning Committee since 2021 after having been elected as the French representative to the FIGO Council from 2015 to 2021.

He continues a collaboration with the founder of the Fetal Medicine Foundation (Professor Kypros Nicolaides), regularly organizing congresses in feto-maternal medicine: in Poland, first in 2005 in Łódź, and more recently, in 2023 in Krakow, the 28th EBCOG European congress in obstetrics and gynecology. She was elected as ESGO Council member in 2019, chaired ESGO Training committee in 2021-2023 and was elected as ESGO Vice-President for the mandate 2024-2026.
